We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, no worries—we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 21 days of purchase, both in-store or online.

Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges
  • You have 21 days from your purchase date to return an item.

  • Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can’t be returned.


How to Return Your Item

In-Store:

  • Just pop into our store with your receipt, and we’ll help you find something else or issue store credit.

Online Purchases:

  • Reach out to us at chandiiyamba@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Once we receive your item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit right away.


Received Something Faulty or Incorrect?

We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at chandiiyamba@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed.


A Few More Things to Know
  • Store credit never expires—so you can use it whenever you like!

  • We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability, but we’ll do our best to help you find the perfect replacement.
